Wedding & Events Coordinator - The Woolmill.
**About Us**:
Refresh Hospitality is a boutique, full-service event agency super excited to be finally getting back to events Our team of 15 full-timers (and 1 puppy) typically manages 400 events each year between our four event venues & external catering jobs. Weddings are our bread & butter, and our team is incredibly customer-focused, aiming to provide an exceptional level of service at every event.
**Venues**:
- The Woolmill.
- Twotonmax.
- Gather & Tailor.
- The Ivory Elsternwick.
**About the Role**:
You will be responsible for the end-to-end planning & execution of weddings & events at
**The Woolmill**. You will report to the Area Manager and will work alongside our other Event Coordinators. The role is 2 days in the office, planning events, and 3 days onsite managing events.

**Duties**:
- Confirm event details, needs & budgets.
- Prepare event documentation such as run sheets & floorplans.
- Hire, train & manage casual wait & bar staff.
- Order beverages & other stock required for events.
- Work on-site managing weddings & events 3 days a week.
**About You**:
**You must meet these requirements**:
- Friendly, bubbly & can build great rapport with clients & staff.
- Able to work flexible hours as required by the role, including weekends onsite at events.
- Logical, organized, calm under pressure & can solve problems on the fly.
**These requirements are preferred**:
- Previous experience in a senior role with a hospitality venue or the events industry.
- Experience in managing hospitality staff.
- Experience in ordering stock.
And most importantly - Passionate about the wedding & events industry.
