- Participate in the identification of property development opportunities (based on an understanding of relevant planning policies, community needs and market trends) to help shape the direction of the organisations Urban and Industrial development programs.
- Continue to build and enhance relationships within the Government and private sector, as well as other key stakeholders and partners.
- Undertake property research, visioning, scoping, risk profiling and feasibility assessment of potential project and acquisitions opportunities.

**About you**

To be successful in this role you will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

- Knowledge of project feasibility assessment tools, financial analysis methods, discounted cash flow modelling and risk analysis.
- An understanding of property market trends in the land and built-form sectors.

- Ability to problem solve and think strategically.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in a property related discipline (e.g. valuation, town planning, economics) or equivalent relevant industry-related experience.
- Experience with Estate Master is desirable.
- Experience in an organisation with similar values and ethics to DevelopmentWA. DevelopmentWA’s culture is based on a set of values that include a personal commitment to:
