**Payroll & Kronos Administrator**

Citywide are recruiting for a Payroll & Kronos Administrator. In this role you will administer and coordinate time & attendance using the UKG Kronos system and be the first point of contact in all aspects of biometric and mobile based time & attendance procedures. This will include on-boarding casual labour hire providers, password resets, supervisor and manager timesheet and profile accesses, generating and managing reports, liaising with UKG support regarding general issues and suggestions, and providing training for internal stakeholders.

**Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Provide high quality customer service through accurate information and support to stakeholder enquires.
- On-boarding and managing Casual Labour Hire companies and employees - setting up and resetting accounts/passwords; creating and editing schedules, cost centres, and position descriptions; assigning Supervisors and Managers as well as their back up.
- Ensuring the integrity and system setup is appropriate and in line with the organisation’s current EBA’s and Award.
- Offering continual support in optimization of the time and attendance system with regular auditing.
- Generating RCTI, RCTA and Adjustment files twice on a weekly basis.
- Implement and maintain the reporting function for Kronos e.g. Setting up standardized reports and report groups and automating sending schedules.
- Assisting the Procurement Manager and teams with the collection of data for the SLA quarterly reviews, ad-hoc reporting requests, checking of new starter data.
- Understanding the complexities and considerations of Casual Labour Hire.
- Ensure the Award/EBA interpreter is correct in accordance with Citywide’s employee terms and conditions.
- Preparation and maintenance of SOP’s in line with current processes.

**Skills and experience required**:

- Previous experience or knowledge of Kronos time and attendance system.
- Strong practical command of MS Excel and some advanced functions (IF statements, Vlookup, conditional formatting, etc.)
- Experience with PayGlobal software is highly desirable.
- Experience in technical analysis for system changes i.e. Pay rules and interpretation.
- Strong Time & Attendance management experience will be highly regarded.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to take initiative and accountability for assigned task.
- High attention to detail including prioritising and organising workload.
- A positive ‘can do’, resilient attitude.
- Ability to co-ordinate communication among different stakeholders, e.g. our Labour Hire partners and the relevant Supervisors/Managers.
- Ability to explain technical systematic procedures in simple terms.
- Ability to ensure adherence to the system rules by all stakeholders.
