**Your new role**
QBE Insurance are currently seeking an Actuarial Manager to provide reserving support focusing on Liability and Financial lines products.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Development and execution of the end-to-end reserving process for Liability and Financial Lines products including all statutory deliverables.
- Collaborating with the Claims, Underwriting, Finance and Business functions to provide actionable insights that will drive portfolio performance.
- Oversee and execute uplift on the reserving platform to unlock efficiencies and improve grain of insights
- Provide leadership and drive a performance culture in the team.
**About You**
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Relevant Actuarial qualification (Fellow)
- Extensive general insurance reserving experience, preferably in long tail products.
- Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills with a strategic mindset
- Ability to drive a high performance culture in a team with a mindset to constantly improve existing processes
