**About the Role**

The Associate Director Content is responsible for driving the consolidation, development and delivery of Destination NSW’s content strategy and content plan to reflect and support the strategic objectives of the organisation. The role leads and manages a team of staff to deliver editorial and content services ensuring alignment of content planning and production, oversight and management of the organisation’s content plan, inputting into visual content capture, editorial narratives, copywriting and messaging to service internal and external stakeholders.

**About Destination NSW**

Destination NSW is the lead agency, champion and voice for the visitor economy within the NSW Government.

Spearheading a whole-of-government approach to visitor economy growth, Destination NSW is responsible for leading the delivery of the NSW Visitor Economy Strategy 2030 in partnership with government and industry.

**Essential Requirements**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant area and/or demonstrated extensive experience in communications or content management.
- High level of experience in content strategy and planning, writing and editing.
- Team and strategic leadership experience.
