Melbourne, Australia Complete Hospitality Training Full time

We are on the lookout for a dynamic and dedicated trainer to deliver and assess the following qualification:

- CHC43015 - Certificate IV in Ageing Support
- CHC33021 - Certificate III in Individual Support
- CHC43415 - Certificate IV in Leisure and Health

**Your Role**:

- **Deliver Virtual Classes**: Engage and inspire students through virtual and hands on learning.
- **Record and Present Webinars**: Share your expertise and knowledge.
- **Facilitate face to face Classes**: Bring practical learning to life.
- **Conduct Work Placement Visits and Undertake Assessments**: Ensure hands-on, real-world experience.
- **Mark Assessments and Provide Constructive Feedback**: Help students grow and succeed.
- **Facilitate Online Activities and Moderate Student Forums**: Foster a collaborative online learning environment.
- **Explore New Ideas for Delivery and Assessment**: Innovate and improve our training methods.
- **Participate in Moderation and Validation of Assessments**: Maintain high standards of education.
- **Complete Professional Development Requirements**: Stay current with our Achieve and Grow program.
- **Maintain Up-to-Date VET Experience**: Ensure your skills and knowledge are always fresh.

**Your Skills and Experience**:

- Current TAE40116 (or updated TAE40110) Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or higher.
- Certificate IV in Ageing Support or higher.
- Good Level of Computer Literacy.
- Superior Student and Customer Service Skills.
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication Skills.
- Relevant Experience in the Vocational Education Industry.
- Experience in the Aged/Disability/Community Services/Leisure and Health Sector.
- Up-to-Date Professional Development.
- Up-to-Date Industry Currency
