**_The Company_**
Our clients are specialists in the Franchised Food space. They have created one of Australia’s best loved Franchise networks right in the heart of Prahran. This fantastic opportunity for an Office Administrator to make their mark would suit a person who is looking for 4 full days a week Monday-Thursday (office closed on Fridays).
This is a permanent part-time role and they are looking forward to welcoming a positive individual who is able to bring energy and passion to the position.
Our client was quite specific is that he is looking for a "gun" with a positive "can-do" attitude
**_The Role_**
You will be working in a modern open Office area and will be the first port of call for anyone entering this paperless space.
Daily tasks will include:
- Manning the front Office
- Petty cash control
- Stationary orders, dealing with couriers, kitchen management, equipment and utilities maintenance
- Administration assistance to Franchise Department including Franchisee Admin and data collation
- Fulfillment of franchise marketing materials
- Minutes of meetings
- other ad hoc tasks as required
**_Key Skills_**
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of MYOB and/or XERO preferred but not essential
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly computer literate with Intermediate Excel skills
- Problem solver
- Help grow the business on the Admin side
- Exposure to Asana would be advantageous
- High ability to communicate effectively
- Flexible
- Positive, fun filled attitude with a sense of humour
