Whilst the role will be based in our Hamilton office, you may be required to work at our Co-Location Hunter New England Mental Health premises in the Lower Hunter as needed to support our business needs.

**What will you need?**

Your stellar communication and customer service skills will shine in this role. You'll be a great problem-solver, able to think outside the box. Occasional emotional challenges are an inherent part of this role. You may not have a formal qualification, and that's OK We're looking for people who have had either life or working experience in supporting disadvantaged individuals and have experience achieving targets and KPI's

**Conditions of Employment**

This position is required to undertake all necessary checks, and these **must** be provided before commencement:

All checks must be renewed upon expiry in a timely manner.

All employees are required to prove their ‘right to work' in Australia by providing copies of appropriate documentation prior to commencement.
