Outcome Legal is a busy boutique commercial and property practice firm and is seeking a professional individual to join our team ,who has the drive and determination to succeed and provide unparalleled service to our clients. You must be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team. You must also be able to manage files from start to finish.

Job requirements:

- All aspects of residential conveyancing from prior signing through to post settlement
- Review proposed contracts, providing basic advise about standard clauses and conditions, identifying if any issues require consideration by a solicitor
- Prepare and edit contracts, associated documents and correspondence
- Prepare conveyancing protocol documents
- Liaising with banks, financial institutions and all relevant stakeholders including buyers agents and clients accountants
- Conducting searches
- Drafting titles office documents and other standard form documents
- Settlement preparation
- Stamping and registration
- Final letters, billing and archiving

Skills & Experience
- Experience with Leap, PEXA and Infotrack
- Work autonomously and as part of a team
- Demonstrates a high level of attention to detail
- Confident and professional communication skills
- Minimum of 3 year experience in property selling
- Experience with off the plan purchases and sales

**Benefits**:

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
