**THE OPPORTUNITY**

The Associate Director Project Governance & Monitoring Services is responsible for developing and implementing an integrated project and change delivery framework that governs TAFE projects and programs and guides enterprise change that enables the realisation of benefits from priority initiatives.

The role will lead a team that manages a portfolio of project governance services to ensure projects and programs deliver on their intended benefits and be responsible for the portfolio reporting strategy, that informs and updates the Executive Leadership Team and high level stakeholders on portfolio status, issues and objectives.

**ABOUT YOU**

You are an experienced professional with a deep understanding of project governance and monitoring services. You will have a record of success in leading and driving projects to achieve exceptional results in complex environments.

Your exceptional communication skills allow you to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and influencing project outcomes. Your leadership abilities inspire and motivate your dispersed team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.

You will have a strategic focus, a thirst for innovation and be solution oriented in all that you do.
