**YOUR Role**

Based at Truganina VIC, we're seeking a confident and enthusiastic Key Account Coordinator to join our dedicated Team that supports the Relocations Sector in our finished vehicle space.

You'll work collaboratively with the team and our customers to ensure satisfaction with our service delivery by providing support with bookings including ad-hoc quotes and special movements and general enquiries regarding relocations services.

**WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?**

Specifically, you will:

- Support the production and dissemination of contract KPIs and performance reports to key stakeholders
- work closely with our vehicle logistics operations teams to ensure communications are optimised and on-time-delivery targets are met
- Participate in weekly, monthly and ad-hoc customer meetings, taking/distributing minutes and coordinating action items as required
- Complete regular and ad-hoc reporting and analysis of data that supports the development of insights and related decision making.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Customer Service and Administration experience - previous experience in an Account Coordination role is highly desirable
- Excellent succinct written and verbal communication. Keen influencing and negotiation skills, with a key focus on providing excellent customer service to internal and external clients
- Proven problem-solving capability with good commercial acumen and numeracy skills
- Advanced time management skills with a sense of urgency for a fast-paced working environment
