We are looking to bring on board a Technical Training specialist to guarantee that we are able to provide the business with a highly-skilled, knowledgeable and capable technical support resource. This will be achieved by the timely delivery of high-quality, certification-based technical product training to our Support team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyse and determine the training needs of all levels of our support team
- Create, organise and deliver the in-person training programs to meet these needs
- Test and certify the training participants to ensure they meet the required knowledge and skill level
- Develop and maintain the content in our LMS platform.
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Support teams to understand the changing needs of the business and deliver appropriate, timely training.
- Drive standards of capability within the support team.
- The onboarding of new support team members.
- Support the training and development of the broader sales teams where appropriate.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Cert IV TAE (complete or in progress)
- Previous experience training customer-facing teams
- The technology industry
- Use of modern LMS platforms
- Advanced training skills
- High-level communications skills
- Curriculum development
- Content creation and delivery
- Training needs analysis
- Data analysis
- Navigation technologies - land, air and marine
- Training methodologies
- Use of LMS in training delivery
- Customer support frameworks
