Disability Support Worker

Support worker / mentor needed for young independent men with intellectual disabilities.
He lives independently and is wanting a worker to help them with house hold duties, friendship, fitness, community access, have deep and thoughtful conversations about world events, gardening, mentoring, finding and exploring new cafes.
The position is for 5 hour shifts Monday, Wednesday and a 5 hours on a Saturday. With the odd fill in shifts if available. If you are unable to do those days, please do not aply.
- Must have drivers licence.
- Up to date first aid.
- Be able to work Saturday's.
- Completed the NDIS orientation certificate.
- NDIS clearance check Or recent police clearance.
- Certificate 2 in disability or 2 years minimum of working experience in the sector.
Once evidence of the criteria is provided, work can start in November with some buddy shifts.
