We’re currently looking for a Key Account Manager to join our Retail Sales team, based at our Head Office in Southbank.

How you will make contributions that matter:
You’ll support the delivery of initiatives across our Coles account to enable us to achieve our key KPIs and continue to grow market share. This will include:

- Internal and External administrative support
- Building strong customer relationships, managing customer queries, and supporting with delivery of excellent customer experience
- Compiling data and contributing to the preparation of monthly reports and seasonal range review presentations
- Prioritising tasks according to value and urgency and collaborating with your colleagues to ensure successful execution

About you:

- Previous sales experience, ideally working with large retailers in a corporate environment
- Excellent relationship building skills with stakeholders on all levels
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong ability to prioritise and work effectively to deadlines
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to draw insights from data
