**The Opportunity**
Are you a seasoned leadership development professional with a passion for fostering high-performing teams and driving cultural transformation? HBF is seeking a talented individual to join us as the Manager of Leader & People Capability Development. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating our leadership culture across the organisation.

**About You**
As the Manager of Leader & People Capability Development, you will lead the charge in developing leaders at every level within HBF. Your responsibility will encompass identifying essential leadership skills, behaviours, and dynamics that contribute to our organisation's success. Drawing from contemporary leadership practices and market insights, you will craft and implement strategies for leadership development, onboarding, and team dynamics. This role will be instrumental in fostering a culture of high accountability, high performance, and healthy team dynamics.
- Design leadership journeys using Human-Centered Design practices to map common leadership pathways within the organisation.
- Define the critical leadership experiences and capabilities that drive engagement, effectiveness, and leadership impact.
- Evolve HBF's leadership framework to align with cultural values, external best practices, and high-performance standards.
- Ensure alignment of leadership journeys with succession strategies, strategic capabilities, HBF's EVP, and the desired employee experience.
- Manage and enhance the Step In and Step Up leadership development programs in line with evolving leadership journey opportunities.
- Develop leadership assessment and selection processes to identify high-potential leaders.
- Oversee the end-to-end leadership development process, from onboarding to in-role experiences.
- Establish a culture of continuous leader feedback to support self-awareness and situational leadership.
- Create bespoke engagement opportunities for leaders to be inspired, develop teams, and coach effectively.
- Design a flexible framework for cultivating healthy leadership teams, adapting to unique circumstances across HBF.
- Deploy external expert support for leadership team coaching, fostering productive dynamics.
- Develop comprehensive reporting on leader capabilities, effectiveness, and potential for ExCo management and Board governance.

**Essentials**
- Bachelor's degree in Organisational Development, Psychology, Commerce or Business or similar
- Extensive experience in leadership development, succession planning, and team dynamics.
- Strong portfolio management skills; proven capability to ability to plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver against project timelines and budgets.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing leadership development programs and initiatives.
