THE ROLE


As the Team Leader - Scheduling you will provide team leadership and support the resource coordinator and clinical administrator staff under the leadership of the Operations Manager - Home Care Workforce.

You will be responsible for steering day to day functions of the team, ensuring staff rosters and client schedules meet home care service delivery commitments.


ABOUT YOU

_ Competencies & Behaviours_

  • Experience and knowledge of rostering/scheduling practices at an operational level
  • Demonstrated success leading teams, including coaching and mentoring for skills development
  • Demonstrated highlevel administration skills and attention to detail
  • Proven ability to solve problems effectively and work collaboratively to achieve results
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to adapt delivery to suit the audience
  • Knowledge and/or experience of the aged care regulatory environment

_Essential Criteria_

  • Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance _(within 6months validity)_
  • Evidence of COVID19 and 2023 Flu vaccinations
  • Successful completion of premedical form and reference checks
  • C-Class Driver's Licence
  • Willingness to complete preemployment medical
