**About the role**

Brighte is looking to scale the business effectively and leverage the use of AI/ML to help unlock the value in the right places as we continue to grow and scale.

As the AI/ML landscape is rapidly changing, this role will be key to partnering with commercial, operations, technology and data to deliver the best outcomes and "bang for buck" of AI/ML implementation projects.

**What You'll Do**
- Bring your strong commercial acumen to identify the best opportunities for the business, taking into account operational, commercial and strategic imperatives
- Get hands-on with project management. Once opportunities are identified, you will be accountable for the delivery of AIML and automation projects across the business
- Partner and influence - confidently navigate the diverse business needs and demand for AIML, and successfully partner and aide the Head of Commercial & Data to influence stakeholders and align them with the AIML framework and roadmap

**About you - what you'll bring to the table**
- Hands-on experience and a track record of successful AI/ML and automation projects delivery on time and on budget

including experience in working collaboratively to achieve outcomes across multiple departments
- Prior experience implementing enterprise solutions e.g. MS Copilot +Copilot Studio is highly favourable
- Commercial thinking - the ability to "sniff test" opportunities to determine if they are worth pursuing or not including

building and presenting business cases at the right level of depth based on the opportunity
- Proficiency and understanding of data and infrastructure architecture to be able to understand how to implement projects within our tech and data architecture
- A good sense of governance, noting the pitfalls of AIML in relation to data security/retention
