**In this job you will**:
Are you looking to take the next step - are you a Supervisor ready to step up? As an OMS Advisor at DHL, you'll overcome daily logístical challenges to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly. In a fast-paced environment, where every day is different, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions and be able to continually grown professionally. Use your talents to lead a committed team to greatness and drive the future of logistics, using the latest technology
- Lead the implementation of our operations management standards.
- Drive the standardisation of processes and tools across all sectors within DHL Supply chain.
- Use your operational and project experience to drive value within new business acquisitions and transformative projects.
- Train stakeholders on key cultural standards including performance management, standardisation, leadership and continuous improvement.
- Use your change management skills across a variety of projects to influence key stakeholders.
- Work with systems engineers to implement performance tracking and resource planning tools in a sustainable and efficient manner.

**You will have the following qualities & qualifications**:

- Strong operational experience in 3PL and/or Warehouse operations.
- Change management skills
- Passionate individuals with high initiative will be very highly regarded.
- WMS systems experience highly regarded
- Strong analytical or out of the box thinking
- Project management experience
- Experience implementing Lean methodologies
- Computer Aptitude (both MSWord & MS Excel)
