Rabobank Region Australia, New Zealand employs approximately 1250 (900 employees in Australia and 350 employees in New Zealand). The majority of the Human Resources (HR) team is centralised in Sydney with additional support in New Zealand.

**Top Role Accountabilities**:

- Partner with people leaders to effectively source, attract, select and onboard top talent in to their teams
- Ensure all vacancies have an effective sourcing plan, using a variety of appropriate sourcing channels (including LinkedIn recruiter, database mining and talent pooling)

**To be successful in the role, you will have**:

- Proven experience in an internal TA role at a business partner level
- Strong relationship management skills and service orientation
- Ability to influence and communicate at all levels
- Problem solving skills and an openness to explore new solutions
- A collaborative approach and ability to deliver independently
