The CBA Home Buying team has end-to-end responsibility for CommBank’s Home Loans business. We support the proprietary, third party and ‘white label’ distribution channels to meet our customers’ needs for home finance and advice, offering a simpler and faster alternative lending experience for customers. Leveraging the strength of CBA and the agility of our third party suppliers, Residential Mortgages Group (RMG) delivers sustainable market share and profit growth to the RBS Home Buying business and we look to partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we always deliver on our promises to our customers.

The team currently has a vacancy for an Assistant Product Manager.

**See yourself in our team**:
Reporting to the Senior Manager Product and Operations, you’ll have the responsibility for delivering key business insights and reporting, liquidity management for our home loan portfolio as well as business invoicing and supplier management. You will perform analysis to support the selection, design, development and promotion of new or enhanced banking products and will provide support to product professionals to manage a portfolio of banking products to ensure customer, shareholder, and regulatory obligations are met. This will involve creating monitoring packs that review complaints, sales outside the target market, risk controls, financial performance and competitive performance on a monthly basis and in delivering any product design changes.

This role offers a great opportunity to gain exposure to the home lending space and be able to make a difference to the end to end experience for the business and our customers, as well as to senior leaders internally and across different businesses.

**We’re interested in hearing from people who have**:

- Home lending experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong stakeholder management skills and a strong customer focus
- Commercial acumen with strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong, collaborative team player
- Highly effective communication skills
- Experience in reporting and developing presentations
- Productivity /continuous improvement training and experience desirable
- Intermediate to advanced level skills on Excel and Tableau would be advantageous
