Job Title: Human Resources Intern

About the program

The Intern program provides students with 12 weeks of paid employment, giving you the opportunity to participate in the industry-leading oil and gas projects while acquiring practical skills relevant to your field of study.

We also provide education and training during the program to help cultivate your professional skills within a diverse, inclusive, supportive, and collaborative workplace.

About the role

During the Intern Program, your main responsibilities will be to support the Learning & Talent team with coordinating local development initiatives (such as the intern & graduate programs), creating campaign and marketing materials, and supporting recruitment. You will also support the general HR team with business activities, meetings and workshops.

This role will be based in Chevron’s new building at One The Esplanade.

Eligibility / Requirements

To be eligible for the Chevron Intern Program applicants must be:
- In their penultimate or final year of an undergraduate degree or postgraduates.- Effective communication skills with strong analytical skills and a focus on teamwork and collaboration.- Available for the specified duration of employment from 27 November 2023 until 16 February 2024.- Eligible to legally work and live in Australia permanently.- Committed to Chevron’s values of diversity and inclusion, integrity and trust, high performance, partnership and protecting people and the environment.
