**Job Description**:
Experian Decision Analytics helps client achieve and sustain significant growth. We do this by enabling clients to make analytics-based customer decisions that support their strategic goals. As experts in uniting business understanding with consumer and business information, analytics and strategy execution, we empower clients to optimise customer value and actively manage it over time. This role therefore has clear accountability for creating measurable value within our client organisations.

- Strong presentation capabilities (workshop, demonstrations, training)
- ** Negotiating & questioning skills coupled with investigation capabilities**:

- Proven ability to work in teams, flexibility, and a thinking approach that is both analytical and logical
- Ability to build and maintain solid long term relationships.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills

**What you’ll be doing**
- **Drive the successful implementation of a given project as a Solution Owner. From Design to Go-Live.**:

- Knowledge transfer through training and mentoring.
- Best practice definition, improvements suggestions, tactical innovations and reuse
- ** Be part of strategic projects such as early adopters projects, demo systems build, global solutions, pre-sales support**:

- Operational readiness: prepare the operational readiness of the regions and central teams to adopt the new products:
**Qualifications**:
**More about you**
- ** Knowledge of current product structure/steps/standards on the market (Collections, Originations, Customer Management)**:

- Some understanding of software development in C/C++ or Java and XML in UNIX and Windows environment as well as relational database such as Oracle, MySQL and SQL Server
- Deep understanding of consultancy process, commercial awareness and project management methodology from pre-sales to end of projects
- ** Experience in consultancy or leading business workshops**:

- Ability to lead an originations solution design - facilitating client workshops, gathering and validating requirements
- Ability to lead solution development acting as lead of the project team within Delivery, and work closely with the Project Manager
- ** Coordinate the Solutions Delivery team to estimate, design, build and implement new solutions.**:

- Work collaboratively within the delivery team, sales, business development and other teams
- Ability and willingness to mentor other team members and engage in own development
- Document high level and low level design for both client and build team consumption
- Experience in project management or strong, demonstrable understanding of the field
- International experience and ability to work with virtual/distant teams
