The Australian Criminal Intelligence Commission (ACIC) is Australia’s national criminal intelligence agency. We advise senior decision makers on serious and organised crime impacting Australia. **About the branches**
The Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS) Division provides critical ICT infrastructure, systems and services for the ACIC and its partner agencies in support of its strategic purpose and mission.

The Chief Information Officer Branch (CIO) is responsible for the provision and support of the ACIC’s critical infrastructure such as data centres, networks, service desk, desktop, video, cyber security and enterprise architecture. This includes the availability, continuity and security of ACIC's intelligence, national policing, research and corporate information systems and services both domestically and overseas.

The Systems Design & Delivery (SDD) Branch is responsible for the delivery of all ICT projects to uplift or enhance the technology capabilities in collaboration with ACIC’s national, international, jurisdictional and industry partners. SDD applies systems-thinking, incremental delivery practices and close engagement with the users and the business owner to discover opportunities, design solutions and implement systems that meet the needs of the agency and our customers.

**About the roles**
Project Delivery Professionals are responsible for all significant project delivery and uplift across the ACIC. They provide project management and support functions, systems analysis, and change and benefits management to deliver on ACIC priorities. Applicants will be considered for the following roles:

- APS5, APS6, EL1 Systems Analysts - engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and are responsible for researching, analysing and designing suitable technical solutions.
- APS5 Project Support Officers - work with project teams and stakeholders to ensure all aspects of project delivery are successfully managed.
- APS6 Change Coordinators - work with change managers, project teams and stakeholders to deliver change management activities associated with ICT capability uplift.
- APS6 Benefits Coordinators - work with stakeholders to ensure project benefits are well defined, measured and achieved.
- APS6, EL1 Project Managers - lead and manage ICT projects that contribute to the ACIC’s strategic outcomes and objectives and ensure projects integrate with the wider business.

APS5

EL1
