**About the Role**:
The role is aimed to provide support and be responsible for coordinating the logistics flow in support to the Logistics Manager and broader Supply Chain team via reporting of logistics capacity, FEFO management, supply chain KPIs and stock availability for local SKUs, and logistics inventory analysis, and other activities.

**Main Responsibilities**:
- Provide the stock management and updates for stock issues/out of stock SKUs
- Manage generate inventory reports, analyse data to identify opportunities to optimise logistics processes
- Manage stock analysis between Ferrero ANZ network and distributor market, investigate customer claims and stock queries
- Analyze, plan and coordinate with origin plants supply chain teams for direct shipments, provide inbound container management
- Manage inbound containers by communicating and maintaining clear correspondence with parties (shipping companies, DCs etc) involved to ensure proper flow of inbound loads
- Liaise with 3rd party warehouse on all inbound deliveries to ensure that stock is prioritized and is received at DC in order of need and all required paperwork is available for processing
- Liaise with distributors supply chain teams on a regular basis with regards to incoming shipments, documentation and future shipments
- Maintain KPI reports for Transport Services, keep up to date all shipment information in planning systems, manage and analyze cost to service data
- Manage KPI reports for Warehouse Services (Daily Capacity Reporting, FEFO Reporting, Stock Availability), analyze logistics data to identify opportunities to improve logistics flows through the warehouse
- Provide relevant document and data management, communicate with stakeholders for the proper flow of data into SAP to facilitate direct Purchase Order automation
- Process invoices of incoming goods, freight, customs brokerage and duties in line with Ferrero Authorisation Matrix and process any product or insurance claims
- Provide Master Data Management where/as required, and maintain records as per Ferrero Group Operating Standards and Audit requirements
- Ensure the availability of documentation to facilitate custom clearance in a timely manner with no additional cost
- Provide Cost Reporting on weekly/monthly basis
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and relevant stakeholder management**Who we are looking for**:
- University degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or relevant field
- 5+ years of relevant working experience, FMCG is preferred
- Working knowledge of inventory controls, warehouse and distribution networks, customs documentation and customs clearance process, finance and purchase order management
- Strong analytical, problem solving and root cause analysis skills
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work effectively with others and manage relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
- High levels of initiative and energy, excellent time management, organizational skills
- Strong MS Office skills (advanced Excel), proficiency in SAP required**How to be successful in the role and at Ferrero**:
