**About the Opportunity**

This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the transformation of customer experience and deliver innovative capabilities in collaboration with Digital, Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams. Leveraging your background in digital and technology risk, project management, and data analysis, you will take ownership of end-to-end outcomes and drive the uplift of risk management and compliance practices.

As the Digital Risk and Compliance Lead, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving digital risk and compliance initiatives across the RACV Group’s Digital programs. You will work alongside multiple workstreams and manage diverse stakeholders representing product, digital, technology, operational risk, and business operations. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about building secure and compliant digital experiences.

**What you’ll need to be successful**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., technology, business, risk management)
- Professional certifications related to risk management, cybersecurity, or project management are advantageous
- Proven experience in technology risk management, including risk assessment, control design, and implementation
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in cybersecurity and data privacy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and provide actionable recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Possess at least 5 years of experience in Digital or Technology Risk Assurance from an Audit or Industry background
