About the Role

Reporting to the Transition Manager, a full time opportunity has become available for Delivery Support Analyst to support the achievement of Customer Operations key strategic objectives & goals by providing operational insights by reviewing and interpreting data to provide insight to how we can improve the efficiencies and processes within our contact centres across Melbourne and Adelaide.

Furthermore, this role will involve working with a range of stakeholders within and outside of Customer Solutions to undertake an impact analysis of all transitional activities and drive continuous and sustainable improvement

What you’ll be doing:
- Analyse operational data to identifying operational issues and risks.- Develop and implement new strategies, prepare detailed reports that explain the entire solution in detail.- Deliver timely, accurate and professional operational support to all stakeholders within a specified SLA.- Contribute and drive process improvement initiatives.- Work closely with the senior leadership team to provide regular updates on strategic initiatives.- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external partners.- Use a range of systems and databases to gather information and provide valuable insights.- Keep fully informed of the development of new products, promotions and procedures across Customer Solutions and expected impacts.- Actively invest time and focus on the development of open relationships with team members to create a supportive working culture.- Take an advocate role in promoting the importance of health life/work balance.- Respond to the needs of CS stakeholders to identify and solve BAU pain points.

What you will need to demonstrate:
- A continuous improvement mindset and flexible in adapting to a rapidly changing environment.- Strong stakeholder management experience with the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes- High quality written and verbal communication skills- Effective project management skills, with ability to coordinate delivery across concurrent small initiatives, managing and balancing the needs of each to realize full benefits for the business- A good understanding of contact center processes for both Energy and Telecommunications as well as the ability to navigate the various underlying systems.- Clear understanding of regulatory and legal impacts when proposing a process change- Experience working with Jira or Confluence, Microsoft Suite of Products- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to provide valuable foresight from data in a timely fashion.- Ability to collate and present meaningful reports at a strategic management level and at an operational level.
