About the RACGP

We foster the future of general practice through our profession-led, community-based training model for the Australian General Practice Training Program and other training pathways. About you
As our Fellowship Support Program (FSP) Administrator, you’ll have excellent customer service and administration skills, as well as highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. The role requires strong organisational abilities, a professional attitude and excellent customer service. To thrive in this role, you’ll have:
relevant experience in a support role. This could relate to supporting a specific position, team or function within a variety of fields such as administration, management and/or education.
relevant and current experience in education and/or training environment.
Strong computer skills with knowledge and us of Microsoft Office (particularly Outlook and Excel, Teams and Bookings) with the ability to learn and use new systems quickly and proficiently
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Team Lead - FSP, you will provide administrative support in the coordination of effective and efficient operational functions of the FSP Team. The role requires the ability to effectively triage and allocate requests using knowledge of the program to provide information required by participants and supervisors to ensure excellence in the delivery of the Fellowship Support Program

**In addition, you’ll provide**:
administration support to the FSP Program Officers in handling and distribution of FSP related correspondence.
Manage Registrar data relating to mandatory requirements of the FSP
Providing administrative support as required including, but not limited to, responding to Registrar enquiries, triaging and allocating requests appropriately, organising appointments related to program requirements, providing coordination and administrative support to Medical Educators
Relationship management and customer service to FSP Registrars.
