The Recruitment Support Officer provides high quality interpersonal communication, customer service and administration duties to support recruitment, selection and onboarding processes across the District.

This role is responsible for triaging and answering calls into the Recruitment Unit, managing the shared Recruitment inbox and organising interviews on behalf of Convenors across the LHD.

**About You**
- You have strong customer service skills with a focus and responsive approach to managing a large volume of enquiries whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- You possess demonstrated interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- You have a refined capacity to manage concurrent activities with the ability to identify priorities, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and managing workload in accordance to timeframes and key performance indicators.
