**About the role**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager to manage and coordinate the business operations for our Hospitality section. This is a Permanent Full Time opportunity commencing as soon as possible based at our Ultimo campus, with some travel required around the Sydney region. In your role, you will:

- Supervise the Hospitality business operations including staff rostering and allocation of resources.
- Conduct daily inspections of hospitality facilities.
- Mentor and coach a high performing team and ensure safety and compliance is consistently met.
- Consistently ensure smooth efficient service and maintain effective relationships that meets the expectations and needs of customers and clients

**About You**

Coupled with your ability to lead and coach high performing teams and commitment to customer service, you will have:

- Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in Hospitality (or similar) or equivalent knowledge and experience.
- Strong Hospitality knowledge experience - Food/Beverage/Hotel all highly regarded.
- Highly regarded_
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work with different stakeholders eg. Teachers, Chefs, Head Teachers, Coordinators.
