Additional information:
- These roles are Permanent, Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight.

- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts with a spread of hours from 5am to 10pm, Monday - Sunday. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
**About this work area**
As a Goods Flow Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Picking, packing, and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked and available for customers.
- Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
- Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
As a Goods Flow Co-worker you are and/or have:

- An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
- Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
- Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including repetitive lifting.
