Additional information:

  • These roles are Permanent, Parttime, 50hrs/fortnight.
  • Applications close Thursday 28 March 202
  • As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts with a spread of hours from 5am to 10pm, Monday
  • Sunday. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

About this work area
As a Goods Flow Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Picking, packing, and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
  • Replenishing your assigned area to ensure it is fully stocked and available for customers.
  • Using inventory systems to ensure stock availability is as accurate as possible.
  • Ensuring IKEA SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
As a Goods Flow Co-worker you are and/or have:

  • A 'Togetherness' mindset where you'll work closely with your team and other departments yet also be able to work independently.
  • An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
  • Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks in a fastpaced environment.
  • A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including repetitive lifting.
