Who you are

As Goods Flow Coordinator you demonstrate a passion for stock and supply chain, and people's life at home. You are an ambassador for keeping our environment safe for our co-workers and customers and ensuring excellent stock availability. You have excellent communication skills and can influence and communicate effectively on all levels. You have strong attention to detail and the ability to coordinate and support the department team operationally.

You are a true customer advocate who takes pride in the service and can act upon customer feedback so they can expect a safe, seamless, sustainable, affordable and fulfilling shopping experience.

As our store trades 7 days a week, you will need to be available to work from 7pm - 3am and up to 3 out of 4 weekends.


Your responsibilities
As Goods Flow Coordinator, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Supervising the daily operations of the Logistics team to secure efficient and safe goods flow processes, including securing a safe environment for customers and co-workers.
  • Ensuring that every customer has a consistent and excellent shopping experience by motivating the team to provide the highest goods availability through timely executions.
  • Providing feedback on team performance, and analysing and providing effective solutions where needed, to optimise commerciality and secure excellence in operations.
  • Contributing to the implementation of the unit business plan and other action plans including the implementation of the global and national sustainability strategies.

Together as a team


Together the Logistics team are behind the scenes that make sure IKEA products are always readily available to the many people.

We use our supply process expertise to balance range and space capacity with forecasting and ordering to provide customers with high availability while minimising costs.

This is one department always challenging effective and efficient ways of picking up the products for our customers all with the end goal of working together to improve the customer experience at IKEA
