Job Overview:
As a Projects Supervisor at Smith&Co Group Pty Ltd, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the highest standards of quality. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead project teams, providing guidance and direction to ensure successful project execution.

2. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.

3. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

4. Foster positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

5. Ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.

6. Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

7. Conduct project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:
1. Degree in project managing or equivalent work experience.

2. Proven experience as a Projects Supervisor or similar role in construction.

3. Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

4. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.

5. Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficiency in project management tools and software.

**Salary**: $90,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
