We are a people first business and flexibility is key to that - whether you prefer to be in our beautiful office space full time or prefer to work in a hybrid manner, we don’t mind

**About the role**

- Support monthly Aggregator and Broker commissions, including any clawback of commission. This activity is critical and employs highly effective analytical skills, used to run large macros, evaluate data for accuracy and prepare banking payment records.
- Analyse and reconcile inflows and outflows of financial transactions ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
- Support funder loan sales ensuring the ledger is updated to reflect changes accurately, there is little margin for error.
- Consistently strive for quality outcomes, understand operational risk implicitly and take the lead to identify potential risks and contribute to remediation actions.
- Think innovatively, challenge the status quo and put forward recommendations that aim to improve the current state and contribute to our automation agenda.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the lifecycle of our Wisr loan products. Be a point of reference and resolve complex issues with ease and confidence.

**About you**

With the customer at the core of everything you do, you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as an eye for detail and an analytical mindset. To be successful in the role, you’ll also have:
