**About the role**
This role engages with key stakeholders to deliver change activities to ensure the successful implementation of service redesign initiatives relating to the NSW Education Wallet Program (EWP). These activities can include managing the assessment, analysis, development, documentation and implementation of change initiatives to improve service outcomes for users.

**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in delivering change initiatives such as change planning, detailed change and business impact assessments, assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change programs to deliver customer outcomes.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills when engaging and developing a relationship with key stakeholders, especially with senior and/or executive management.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills, problem solving skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess strong research skills and combine these with design thinking and agile methodologies to enable and support product teams in delivering a digital service.

**Essential requirements of the role**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or demonstrated relevant equivalent professional experience and training.
- Valid clearance for Working with Children Check for paid employment.
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
- A current and valid full driver’s licence

**Key knowledge and experience**
- Demonstrated experience in delivering change initiatives such as change planning, detailed change and business impact assessments, assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change programs to deliver customer outcomes.
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
