- Computer literacy and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products Word, Excel, Outlook
- Demonstrated previous payroll / timesheet entry experience
- SAP experience highly regarded
- ETCH experience highly regarded
- Demonstrated experience in workforce mobilisation, non-local and local
- Experience in scheduling and coordination of high-volume blue-collar Inductions, CTO’s and training
- Strong commitment to developing and maintaining a safe working environment
- Ability to prioritise, plan, organise and complete work within established deadlines
- Effective interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels in an informative and positive manner
- Strong client focus and a genuine desire to assist team members
- Previous experience working on heavy industrial site preferred with ability to work longer hours and weekend work
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in site administration with payroll, mobilisation & general administrative skills
