**About Production Group:
We are the national production division of Cutting Edge, based in Sydney. We produce TVCs and digital content for local and international, as well as 1 or 2 long-form TV series a year.

All our backgrounds are in traditional TV production and we love working with TV people.

**About the role:
Assisting in the pre-production & post of all Production Group projects as well as helping to manage the day-to-day running of the office, this is a great opportunity for someone looking to get experience in production and to be trained by industry professionals.

**About you:
This is an entry-level role for someone with at least 3 production credits as a Runner and/or Production Assistant in TV/Film. You’re excited to learn, have a great attitude, and can think ahead about what is required of you.

**Key Responsibilities:
- Being a runner on set responsible for:

- coffee ordering/making
- catering, sourcing, and distribution
- setting up and packing away units
- going on runs (last-minute p
- rubbish collection and disposal
- assisting other departments as required
- Talent wrangling on set - sign-in and sign-out sheets
- Collating, scanning, printing, and filling out paperwork including release forms, contracts, and agreements
- Booking travel for crew
- Assisting with auditions
- Learning to create call sheets & travel movement orders (Travel Itineraries)
- Tracking some costs using Excel, reconciled expenses, and credit card payments
- Presenting & ordering catering for small and large shoots
- Assisting with location scouting
- Managing the Google Drive folder structure & creating new project folders
- Attending recces & production meetings
- Taking notes as required in meetings
- Setting up meetings for Producers & Directors
- Assisting in the creation of Pre-Production Manuals
- Google Drive, server, & hard drive data management and tracking
- Updating company schedule & calendars
- General office duties:

- Fortnightly Woolworths order
- Occasional coffee/tea/lunch service for clients
- Emptying/filling dishwasher as required (though we aim to split amongst everyone in the office) Stationary orders

**Occasional responsibilities (depending on the applicant's level of interest/experience):
- Edit assistance
- Stills collating and retouching assistance
- Assisting with company social media presence
- Assisting Directors with treatments - image sourcing
- Design work using Adobe Suite Assistance across all departments on set

**What we’re looking for:
- Someone with a great attitude and desire to learn
- Someone who is a few steps ahead and works efficiently
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Attention to detail with an interest in process and systems
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Understanding of on-set production etiquette and systems Ability to operate autonomously as well as a part of a team

**You must have a driver's licence and vehicle.
**You must be able to work legally in Australia without sponsorship.
**You must not have a criminal record**:
- Your CV with previous credits listed
- 2 x production references for us to call - ideally Production Managers or Producers (we will notify you before we contact them)
