The story of Toby's Estate began in 1997, in the grungy streets of Woolloomooloo, armed with Mum’s garage, a beat-up coffee roaster and passion on tap, we set out on a wild adventure of business and coffee discovery. Not concerned with the frills of it all, but just that we were consistently consistent in roasting the tastiest coffee we could and treating all the people in our world like family.

**The role**:
We are currently seeking a Casual Production Assistant to join us at our Roastery in Chippendale. This role has an immediate start.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the role involves coordinating and operating a packing machine, contributing to our production activities. As well as this, there will be the responsibility of filling coffee bags, preparing tea bags and organising orders as requested.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Communicating the volume of coffee beans to the Roasters which they may need to extra roast from the information on the pack list
- Stock management and replenishment
- Production duties (including machine operation)
- Completing documentation
- General manufacturing duties
- Stock takes and inventory control
- Maintaining a safe work environment
- Good manufacturing practices
- Working as part of a Production Team

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Experience in a similar manual handling role
- High attention to detail
- Ability to undertake manufacturing duties and lifting stock
- Punctual, reliable and diligent
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
