CommBank's Business, Institutional and Market Operations (BIMO) business is looking for a Business Support Officer, to closely partner with and support the Market Operations (MO) Leadership Team.

The Business, Institutional and Markets Operations team is accountable for overall operations, as well as enablement functions, within Business Banking Operations and Market Operations. The service provided by this team is critical to success of the organisation and our Institutional and Business Bank Business Units.

**The Role.**
As the MO Business Support Officer, you will collaborate with a variety of Senior Stakeholders to ensure the business priorities are accurate and are being actioned at the appropriate time, ensuring any outstanding items are flagged and brought to attention. You will be diligent in ensuring the business is kept on track by driving the organisations, and the MO Leadership Team, objectives, goals and KPIs.

You will also be seeking opportunities for improvement across MO, while analysing reports from various tools and sources to ensure our people and teams across MO are set up for success. You will be highly flexible, and will be required to use agility and adapt in prioritising pieces of work, to balance competing MO priorities and Stakeholder expectations across the Group.

**On any given day you will**:

- Complete administrative tasks related to the team including financial and HR reporting.
- Coordinating travel, appointments, agendas, minutes, actions and tracking for key leadership team meetings and requests.
- Arranging events, functions, off-sites and team building events (including catering where required).
- Collate pre reading materials including presentations and papers.
- Complete pre-hire, onboarding and off boarding activities for team members.
- Maintain our distribution list and sharepoint sites owned by MO.
- Contribute to the effective development and maintenance of relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Process department invoices.

Previous Business support, Administration Assistant experience with the ability to be tech savvy and pick up new systems and processes with ease. You will be skilled at managing workflow and identifying priorities for yourself, and your team. You will also be solution focussed, eager to find efficiencies and improvements while keeping our customers front of mind.

You will also;
- Be self-motivated with a pro-active style with exceptional attention to detail whilst maintaining confidentiality to the highest degree
- Consistently role model the CBA Values to encourage productive working relationships and a strong performance culture
- Excellent communication skills, with a developed ability to forge strong, trusted relationships with various stakeholders.
