Property Manager

Our client have asked for our help to find a professionally organised person to join their team. Spend a summer in The Bay, Anglesea or Lorne providing a very flexible working environment and full-time career opportunity along the Great Ocean Road and in multiple holiday locations around Australia and overseas.

An experienced and respected local person with local contacts acting as the
direct point of contact for property owners to help them maximise the value of
their investment.

You will be responsible for managing and growing an assigned portfolio of
properties, including managing owner relationships, property care functions,
managing the traveller experience (arrivals / departure monitoring, key control), housekeeping & pre tenancy clean/inspection liaison, maintenance checking,
purchasing, inspections, property presentation and inventory.
