**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the buying, selling, or leasing process with professionalism and integrity.
- Property Marketing: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for each property, ensuring maximum exposure through various channels, including local, national, and international platforms. This includes creating compelling property listings with accurate information, professional photos, floorplans, and film tours.
- Market Research and Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and competitor activities in the local area, providing informed advice and recommendations to clients.
- Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate on behalf of clients to achieve favourable outcomes in transactions, whether buying, selling, or leasing properties.
- Documentation and Legal Compliance: Prepare and review contracts, lease agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Networking and Business Development: Proactively seek new business opportunities through networking events, referrals, and community involvement, expanding the company's client base and market presence.
- Continuous Learning and Development: Participate in ongoing training programs and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in the real estate industry.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and management team members, sharing insights and best practices to achieve common goals and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Administration: Using the company's CRM system, maintain accurate records of client interactions, property listings, and transactions, ensuring timely and efficient communication with all stakeholders.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents are encouraged to apply.
- Minimum AQF Certificate III in Real Estate Practice.
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a real estate agent or representative, preferably in the Torquay area.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.
- Strong understanding of property market dynamics, pricing strategies, and legal requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to accommodate client schedules.
