Key Responsibilities:
- Working with local HR teams to triage and resolve HR Information System cases raised and escalating unresolved cases, where required, within the Workday CoE or to the Weir Group IT team.- Supporting testing of new Workday functionality delivered through ongoing releases and continuous improvement activity- Ongoing management of HR data and Workday process operational controls- Increasing adoption and utilisation of Workday and Reports & Dashboards through the provision of training and coaching to HR Team- Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:
- We are looking for a specialist in HR Information Systems, interested in how we can use technology to improve the employee experience at Weir.- Knowledge of Workday is essential, and experience with HR ServiceNow and Microsoft Teams would be desirable.-
