**The Opportunity**:
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the client journey from initial inquiry to resolution. This position offers a unique blend of sales and administrative responsibilities, providing a comprehensive platform for professional growth and development.

**The Role**

Your key areas of responsibility will be (but not limited):

- Managing phone calls.
- Meeting and greeting valued clients and visitors.
- Managing all bookings for relevant teams.
- Word processing and data entry.
- General day-to-day assistance with administrative tasks as required.

**We are looking for**:
**While previous experience is a plus, it’s not essential—we’re more interested in your attitude and potential.**

**This is a part
- time or full-time role, ** within business hours Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a full hour for lunch to explore the local cafes, restaurants, or boutique shops

Current university students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
