About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Elliott Gray. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including booking travel arrangements, organizing events, and managing shared inboxes.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Manage the front desk, including handling mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a reception or administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or related field preferred.
