Learning Links are looking for a Finance Officer to join our team on a **fixed term full-time basis (covering parental leave for a minimum period of 6 months).** This role supports our Charity Housie department and is based at Alexandria with flexible options to work from home.

We need someone who can work autonomously, can provide accurate and timely financial and administrative processing and compliance, has exceptional attention to detail, effective communication skills and can work collaboratively in a team environment.

**Day to day you will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the finance Housie staff to process day to day financial activities.
- Maintaining the Housie portal by updating new venues, new staff and other related information.
- Ensuring all operations (sessions) activities are processed in the Housie portal in a timely fashion.
- Ensuring the accuracy of session information processed and rectifying issues as they arise.
- Purchasing Housie Operation stock from approved suppliers and organising payment.
- Overseeing regular stock-takes (at least quarterly) and processing adjustments as required.
- Preparing the Club reimbursement invoices.
- Managing the Housie Banking Account by ensuring all Housie cash entries processed.
- Oversee Cash matching and collection of outstanding debtor invoices and session funds banked by Clubs on our behalf.

**About you**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, economics, accounting (or studying towards)
- 2-4 years experience in a similar role
- Stock management skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills. Preferred proficiency in CRM - Salesforce and FinancialForce, Microsoft products such as Excel and Word.
