We are on the hunt for an extraordinary Project Coordinator who is solutions orientated. Your role will be pivotal in translating our ambitious goals into actionable milestones. The oversight and meticulous coordination you will provide will span a myriad of projects, processes and activities. You will become a leader in transparency and governance, effectively monitoring program dynamics such as budget, timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder management.
In essence, you will be at the heart of ECU’s biggest project yet that is not just about bricks and mortar, but about building a facility that shapes the leaders of tomorrow. Everything you do will make a difference to students, staff, and community, as we work collectively to bring ECU City to life.
About You
The ideal applicant will have previously excelled in a project governance or coordination role, armed with strong business analysis and reporting acumen. They will be a master communicator with sterling interpersonal skills, possessing the ability to tailor their messaging according to their audience and objectives.
A proactive nature and can-do attitude, combined with sharp critical thinking abilities will be the ideal applicant’s toolkit for navigating and solving the complexities that arise in the lifecycle of this ground-breaking project. Their enthusiasm for identifying and implementing innovative solutions will be a catalyst for efficiencies, propelling the project towards its milestones.

Benefits & Remuneration
This full time, fixed term position attracts remuneration of $97,113 to $108,813 p.a plus 17% University superannuation contribution.

You will be based in Joondalup and may be required to travel to ECU Wellington St or Mount Lawley on occasion.
