**The opportunity**
ASIO is seeking to fill a number of roles to support our facilities services team including the corporate accommodation portfolio, construction programs, designing and implementing office accommodation and spaces, and maintaining facilities.
A merit pool may be created to fill future vacancies which have the same or similar requirements to this position. This merit pool will be valid for up to 18 months.
**Role responsibilities**
As an AE5 Facilities Services Officer your duties may include:
- Contributing to the coordination of Branch activities in alignment with the strategic direction of the Organisation.
- Managing work requests and the associated prioritisations.
- Contributing to project management administration (property accommodation and construction).
- Contributing to leasing and contract administration.
- Managing parking administration.
- Managing spatial planning (seating allocations).
- Engaging internal stakeholders.
- Managing minor relocation activities.
- Processing financial transactions.
As an AE6 Facilities Services officer your duties may include:
- Contributing to the coordination of the Branch activities in alignment with the strategic direction of the Organisation.
- Implementing business process improvements and change strategies.
- Managing and maintaining the Property Strategy in accordance with the Commonwealth Guidelines.
- Managing projects (accommodation and construction).
- Managing project administration (accommodation and construction).
- Managing spatial planning (seating allocations).
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders.
- Managing leasing and contracts.
- Managing finance.
- Assisting the development of future planning strategies.
- Contributing to reporting obligations.

Qualifications or experience in facilities, trades, finance, leasing, procurement, contracts or project management are desirable, but not essential.
