**What’s the Role**:
The key functions of the role are to provide rostering and basic administrative support to the organisation, including responsibilities such as, actioning participant/staff requests, daily rostering data entry/reporting, assisting with recruitment, learning and development, and support with general organisational tasks as required. Other functions include the maintenance of the organisation asset and risk assessed roles registers and ensuring the work environment is maintained in accordance with organisational policy and legislative requirements for Duty of Care and Occupational Health and Safety. The role requires a high degree of attention to detail, with strong organisational skills and well-developed interpersonal skills in both verbal and written communication.

The role will have the following roles and responsibilities:

- **General duties**_
- Responding to client, and other providers enquiries/feedback in a timely, efficient, and supportive manner.
- Human resource data entry and coordination support.
- Create and administer personnel files, electronic records and maintain records of staff onboarding/induction, training and development in accordance with applicable policy or procedure.
- Ensure staff records are maintained.
- Provide day to assistance to the Director and Office manager in finalising tasks.
- Build, generate systems, Canva documents/marketing material as required.
- Contact current, past and prospective clients.
- Attend to office administrative duties as required.
- **Rostering and timesheet management**_
- Respond to and appropriately manage staff/client enquiries relating to the roster and staff/client requests.
- Ensure when rostering suitably trained and appropriately matched staff with clients and travel distance.
- Maintain positive relationships with Insurance & NDIS providers, Booking agents staff and relevant stakeholders.
- Daily data integrity checks of work schedules and bookings.
- Assist with approval of timesheets and check for accuracy to allow for timely processing of payroll.
- **Recruitment and termination of staff **_
- Support the recruitment and onboarding of new staff with administrative tasks.
- Ensure that recruitment and selection practices are undertaken in accordance with One clean values and established policies and procedures.
- Ensure all staff onboarding qualifications and checks are correctly entered on Monday.
- Coordinate the induction of new staff.
- Maintain records of One cleans’ property held by staff and ensure return on conclusion of employment.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- **Knowledge/experience - **Demonstrated knowledge/experience working in a similar role with a client management system, Canva, Monday and other general office systems.
- **Attitude -**A commitment to the Vision, Mission and Values of One clean and you are enthusiastic and a service minded individual who can demonstrate a sound work ethic and attention to detail.
- **Skills -** Ability to communicate effectively, plan and prioritise and deliver results. Ability to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- **NDIS Knowledge** - Understanding of the NDIS support model is desirable.
- **Customer Focus** and **Communication-** You will have excellent verbal and written communication proficiency, strong interpersonal skills, and a continuous improvement and person-centred approach.
- **Time management-** Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines with a ‘no fuss’ approach.

**Part-time position**:
9:30am - 3pm

2 to 5 days per week (available Monday through Friday)

There is a high degree of flexibility available with this part-time role, including working different shift each working week to enable you to still manage a work/ life balance around family commitments.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
