Perth, Australia Home Care Assistance, West Coast Perth Full time

Home Care Assistance, West Coast Perth is a small, locally run organisation, providing care and services to older adults. We assist clients all across Perth. We are currently looking for caregivers to join our team in the North of the River, visiting clients in Balcatta and surrounding suburbs.

The role is casual, however typically visits start from 8am, to early afternoons and evening shifts available from 4pm -6pm Monday to Friday. The type of support you will provide will vary from person to person, but typically you will assist with:

- Social Support and Companionship
- Personal Care
- Domestic Assistance
- Shopping, Meal Planning and Preparation
- Medication Prompt and Support
- Transportation services to help clients access the community and get to appointments

What you will need for this role:

- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude, compassion and a good sense of humour
- Drivers license and reliable car
- Good written and verbal skills
- Current Police Clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Competent use of smart phone or apps
- Current First Aid and Manual Handling Certificates

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: From $37.64 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
