**About Us**

Bila Support Services are based in the Perth Metro, Perth North and Perth South supporting NDIS participants to achieve their goals. We offer individual support, group support, respites, Support Coordination and in-house Counselling, and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching.

**Community Support Workers**

We are seeking male and female Community Support Workers to fill several casual and full-time positions. Your primary responsibility will be to support NDIS participants living with a disability in their homes and in accessing their local community.

**So, what is a day in the life of a Community Support Worker like?**

No two days will be the same in this fast-paced and dynamic role. In your new role, some of the requirements will include:

- **Community Support**: Escorting our clients on community outings e.g. shopping trips, excursions, lunches, appointments, goal-based activities
- **Transport**: Escorting our clients to medical and allied health appointments, hospital visits and respite careDomestic Support: Cleaning, tidying, changing bedding to ensure a safe, clean and sanitized environment for our client
- **Food Preparation**: Preparing, cooking and serving meals

**Our Ideal Support Worker**:

- **We are currently seeking both male and female Support Workers. We are looking for Support Workers of all ages to match the differing needs of our clients**:

- **Experience with Autism will be a bonus**:

- **We are looking for Community Support Workers who are energetic, adventurous and passionate about Community Services. We have a huge range of clients, so our ideal Support Worker will be motivated to try new things and explore the clients' hobbies**

- **Manual Handling (Optional)**:

- **Drivers License and own insured vehicle**:

- **Have a current or be willing to obtain a First Aid (HLTAID003 or HLTAID004) and CPR (HLTAID001) certificate**:

- **Have a current or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
